Cusco’s Magic

Cusco has a color about it and that color is in its people and its culture.

Cusco streets are quaint without being spectacular but what they do is lead you on a cultural guide with every turn revealing something about itself.

It is as if each street is a gastronomic labyrinth carefully crafted to lead you like a mouse in a maze following the scent of cheese to another Peruvian delight.  The food is fresh, there is tradition mixed with modern flare the flavors are both simple and complex.  Cusco is like the salad bowl it all just comes together.
