Welcome to Faces People Live In. What do we know about a place? What do we remember? What do we see?
The Faces Project will show you the towns in which we live from a completely different angle. You will not see well known landmarks, street signs and building. But rather you will meet the people that live, work or visit there and you will hear their story about their place.
Faces project is where I will ask a stranger for a photo and their story of their community. You will only know the place by the face and story. It puts people at the centre of communities and it makes how they experience their community the backdrop for each portrait.
Faces People Live in will take you to towns you can find on maps but the story of those towns will only be found in the pictures you see and the conversations with those that live there.
